Advices to coach Robert Maskaant

As we all propoably know, polish language is more similar to chinese than to english, and our coach does not speak in our languge. So lets hav a topic in which we can send him hugs, calm words as well as some adivces about living in Poland, our weather, food, crowd on the stadium and of course football matters: squad, footballers form and mentality of polsih footballists.

Let me first do i. It is of course after a couple of months after Robert Maskaant begun his luck in Poland but anyway it is very little after second matc agains Podbeskidzie in the Polish Cup... I understand that we lead 0-2 as well as we control the game soit is no suprise for me that our coach decided to give a chance to our two players who failed for a couple of time. When theyshould hae a chance if 2-0 against first league is bad opportunity? But 20 minutes after they appeard on the pitch it was equal 2-2. So my impression is that it was good material for thinking for our coach with whom he could and should coperate in the future. If it is clear for me with Lobodzinski and Gargula, I can't understand why our coach decided to give a chance to Zurawski who is our legend and bery former good striker and he prefered Zuraw than Kirm. We had to score and Zurawski doesn't improve antyhing as we all suppose.

I think every team have four kind of players:

1. Stars - more valuabe part of the team like Messi in Barca and C. Ronaldo in Real. The quality of their playis most vluable for the team. In Wisla we have Malecki, Kirm, Melikson...
2. Source of the team - most of the team that play not worse than others for the bigger part of the season - Sobolewski, Wilk, Pareiko, Chavez, Pailic
3. Players that were stars or source of the team but tehy forgot how to play. And there apper a question: if we can see that they still have a potnetial that can help thetea r they are more celebrity than football player. This is a question for Lobodzinski, Gargula, Zurawski....
4. Youth plaers tht hae to be in ver good team. They should be ver near to first tam and observe best prctices tah give to them stars and sources.

Club have to know if is it still godd for the team to give a chance to former stars here or maybe iti is betterto sell or loan the players.

I remembr the match against Widzew. We leaded 2-0 and it was 5 minutes to the ned of the match. Coach Maskaant decided to give a chance to Lobodzinski for 5 minutes! What for? I think Lobodzinski was not in the good mood after five mitues and I think it was useless for him from the pure footbal point of view. It could be much more valuable for for example 18-19 years old player which is good enough in the youth league to have 5 minutes in the premier league. To be use to 15 thousand people to touch polish premiere league level even for 5 minutes... What for we give a chance to Lobidzinski n that match? In my opinion if you weren't play in the match , you have to play in the youth league to have proper time on the pitch each week. And also to show coach that you are good enouqgh even in the youth league to pleay in the highest league...

Anyway, and nevertheless I belive that second match against Podbeskidzie was good experience for coach Robert Maskaant to ascertain (be sure) on whom he can count on.

I am sure that the coach doesn't read this forum (why would he?), but the only advice I could possible give to him is not to listen to fans, journalists and other "experts" and keep up with the great job.

If the coach of Wisla Krakow needed fans to give him advices, we would be in a deep, deep shit.

Robert knows very well what to do, he's got experience. I think if he listened to supporters' advices, it would be completely unprofessional! Guys, how it would say Patryk Małecki: "kim ty k**** jesteś" żeby go pouczać?
