I dont know i would just pass on some shitty transfers and invest it into training facilities for youth players. Then we need foregin coaches for those youth teams beacause we have no idea how to train!
Leave utopia plans about mighty polish teams in Europe get back on the ground and start working on it.

They want to have good players or not ? Well they need start training them. You dont want to train ? Pay a lot for trained ones. Not doing any of the two ? Well, what we're talking about then ?
