Znalazłem w internecie trochę wypowiedzi na temat Bunozy. Jeden z bośniackich fanów pisze tak:
Gordan Bunoza has to be the most underrated player in Bosnian football. Susic can look at players like Bogicevic or Mujdza all he wants ... but I believe Bunoza is better than either of these two. He plays as left back... 1.95 meters tall, fast, powerful... very good technique. Has done in HNL this season more than Boris Pandza has ever did in his career. All this guy needs is a decent chance for NT, get sold to the Bundesliga or something (hell even Rangers), and let him do his thing. It's a fresh of breath air that such a good leftback came at the right time.
Czyli nazywa go najbardziej niedocenianym graczem w bośniackiej piłce. Co ciekawe, z treści wynika, że Bunoza jest lewym obrońcą. Poza tym jest szybki, silny i posiada dobrą technikę.
Bunoza był łączony z Basel, ale szwajcarski klub chciał go tylko wypożyczyć, a Karlovac interesował jedynie transfer definitywny. Chorwatem interesowało się także Dinamo Zagrzeb i Hoffenheim.
