In the first round, Santiago stifles some flashy offense from Khalidov (Superman punch! flying knee! spinning backfist!) and finished the round with the challenger fighting off a kimura. In the second, Khalidov controlled the top game, but nearly had his arm broken in the closing seconds of the round as Santiago wrenched on an omoplata.
