Silent through the whole game?! We sang for most of the game. Maybe you didn't hear us because we were drowned out by your singing, but we were singing.

Nobody said you weren't singing.

The case is: when a Polish group of supporters comes in a 1000 they aren't that much drowned out by our support. So that puts you behind even relatively weak (vocally) groups like Polonia Bytom who came in smaller numbers than you and made more noise. At least from my perspective (we all hear things differently in different parts of the stadium of course).

I know what you mean about the difference between Polish and British football though. I admire the polish fan culture. It involves a more active style of support. In England there are too many people who just want to watch the game and not sing or anything. For instance, it is usual that the away team will outsing the home team and has been since the 80s. Does this differ in Poland? However, our support is the best in London and one of the best in England along with Man U, Liverpool and Leeds I would say.

In Poland there are several groups that tend to outsing the home crowd (depending on home crowd though- even the best have problems breaking through in Krakow), but Wisla isn't among them. I would say Legia, Lech, Widzew, Ruch- depeding on form, these are groups that manage to mess up the home support. However- in Poland we tend to have definately better home support overall.
