Ok maybe you are right, maybe its not quite the same (never said its the same, said it remainds me) but please do consider that the nazis also had "modest statistics" at the beginning.
Just imagine a serious conflict in the middle east under the commands of that kind of military troops and headquarters who possess weapon of mass destruction. Of course its not a prediction, its only a kind of self-reflection...
