I wouldn't put it so harsh, but I'm also astonished. I've always been told that in Israel kids start learning English before primary school and people treat it almost like a mother tongue. I'm not saying mine is perfect, but it's either really a bunch of kids with premature homone storm or people who really missed out on school.
