he is mistaken. if this was our budget we should play every year in champions league. our budget it's around 100 millions shekels, something like 20 millions dollars.

so this is not as much as they say in the media. Our budget is estimated at about 30mln PLN, which is about 14 mln dollars, and we all know that it's laughable amount in comparison to CL-playing clubs.
