W przypadku kupowania zawodnika przez prawo Webstera nie ekwiwalent za wyszkolenie (na przykład przy podpisywaniu kontraktu zawodowego z juniorem), a rekompensata - trzeba zapłacić tyle, ile zawodnik zarobiłby do końca kontraktu. Jednak na prawie Webstera Małecki będzie mógł odejść dopiero po 1 października 2012 - trzy lata po wejściu w życie jego aktualnego kontraktu, a Wisła zarobiłaby na tym ~720 tys. zł.

Do tego może zgłosić taki zamiar po ostatnim meczu sezonu więc tutaj pytanie czy:
1. po ostatnim meczu tego sezonu - wtedy odchodzi 1/10/2012
2. po ostatnim meczu sezonu kończącego się po upływie 3 lat od podpisania kontraktu - odchodzi 06/2013

In addition to the obligation to pay compensation, sporting
sanctions shall also be imposed on any player found to be in breach

Tak mówi regulamin FIFA. Czyli jeśli Małecki łamie zapisy kontraktu (a co do tego chyba nie ma wątpliwości) to nawet jeśli odejdzie na podstawie casusu Webstera to w nowym klubie ma 4 miesiące z głowy.
