And we don't understand why You're so happy because of these nonsense news, Turkish newspapers lie, You still believe them? It's hard for Wisła supporters to believe such stupid infos because we see in newspapers that they have been sold to many clubs... Fulham, Blackburn, Borussia etc. But they are still in Krakow.

Please delete this topic or remove it into English forum.

dynek.pl 31.05.2010 10:15

dream on
you don't even have enough money for Glowacki and you want to buy Brozek ?
and Szymkowiak wasn't happy his stay in Trabzon so he won't encourage his colleagues to move to Asia

Hi
Please show us useful source of informations. I'm totally surprised

Oxydrene 31.05.2010 13:26

You should have bigger distance to the information which mass media sells you. It might be just an imagination of your journalists. If there is a holiday time and nothing interesting happens in football world they must write something, very often it will be bullshit. This question signs at the end of a headline says everything.

Hi,
For us Głowacki is a kind of Wisła's "brand name". He is capitain of our team. He has also the logest experience of playing in Wisła out of our present players.
Although already 30 he is still regarded as one of the best defenders in the Polish league. At the same time he has very positive "mental" influence on our players (I mean at the time of "crisises" he can bring our players to the order, they just respect his opinion). Please however note that he is very sensative to injuries.
All in all he is a good player.
In my opinion however 1,5 mln EUR for 30 years old defender from the Polish (weak) league will be a good deal for Wisła rather than for you.

Piotr Brożek is a left defender. Please do not miss him with his twin brother Paweł who is a forward player. Piotr is alright. He is younger than Głowacki and (in my opinion) not as good as he. I would say he is not "regular" in his games: he can play realy good matches and than next week plays total sh...t. Sometimes appears that "his head is too hot" (his reactions are too impulsive).
All in all he is alright.

tofik 01.06.2010 12:25

I would advise you to buy explosive winger Łobodziński. He's really good.
Głowacki and Brożek are not that great. Turkish league would be too demanding for them.

Kibic_1906 01.06.2010 12:31

I think that Głowacki and Brożek to stay in Wisła becouse they are important part team.We remember how Szymkowiak finished in Trabzonspor...

igortsw 01.06.2010 12:54

I agree that Glowacki is one of Wisła's "brand name". When he gone, I can't imagin who fill in for him.

You forgot that we have excellent, well-built defender, who have a lot of expirence such as playing in National team. Nowadays any other player isn't as famous as he. There is no denying that I am talking about Mariusz Jop, we will give you, this brilliant player for 3 bottels of paraffin

Sorry for off...

WiślakMyślenice 01.06.2010 15:57

And I must advice you to buy very young and gifted goalkeeper Juszczyk. He will be after 2-3 years the second Buffon. Don't forget his name :-)

Karlos 02.06.2010 09:12

heehe I just like it ;p

murray 02.06.2010 10:19

As it was mentioned before Łobodziński, Jop and Juszczyk are the most important squad members in Wisła. Łobodziński is called 'Polish Messi'. He is the biggest star in Poland. But he won't make a carrer without his best mate and motivator Patryk Małecki, who is like a good spirit in Wisła's squad. So tell your Trabzon buddies to stay away from our players! I would certainly advise you to buy other players in Polish league ie. Iwański or Grzelak from Legia. Iwański is known for his very agressive pressing. Grzelak on the other hand, the best striker in this part of Europe, has the best stamina in professional football. He can play even 180 minutes of match on full speed if it's necessary.

Honestly, I don't believe that. Simply because it's rarely seen to have three players move from one club to another during one transfer window. Besides that would mean Trabzonspor is willing to pay something between 4 and 6 million euros and that kind of a deal certainly wouldn't remain a secret in Poland. We haven't heard of any negotiations concerning Piotr and Paweł, however Głowacki's move to Turkey seems possible. Another thing is that Głowacki isn't exactly the party animal so he should feel fine about the move to Turkey, but the Brożek brothers... After what they've heard from Szymkowiak, I don't see them moving to Trabzon any time soon.

But if all three transfers would come to pass, I think I would miss Piotr Brożek the most. All three have talent and all three can play on a decent level, but Piotrek has got the biggest potential, though he rarely tends to prove it. If he could play every game like the matches against Barcelona, he would surely end up in the Premier League.

Colman 03.06.2010 17:34

I watched Wisla's match this year. I think Malecki is best player of Wisla. Trabzonspor want to Glowacki and Piotr we want to be champion next season maybe Glowacki and Piotr help us for that. But Glowacki and Piotr is not playing for national team. They are not enough for national team ?

Głowacki is a quality full back, in my opinion the best in the country. But he's... let's put it this way- unlucky. For example he scored an own goal in a home game against England( it was a very important game for us in that time because for several preliminary campaigns we were facing England and that time we were playing quality football we've beaten everybody in the group except for England, and that time we were close). Another time in the first game of the preliminary campaign we were playing poor football and lost to Finland home 3-1. Głowacki was trying to mend error of his teammates but fouled in the penalty area and not only gave a penalty kick away but also received a red card. Also Głowacki had a lot of injuries which prevented him from reaching his true potential. And recently we've had a change in the policy of the national team. We've got a new coach who's mission is to create a trophy winning team for the upcoming Euro 2012 which will be held in Poland( and most likely Ukraine). That means that we don't play in the preliminary campaign, instead we will be playing friendly games, so there's no pressure of results and the coach can experiment with younger players. In the last game against Serbia for some time we've played with two full backs that are under 23. However Głowacki is still on Smuda's( our national team's coach) list.

With Piotrek there's a different story. He never truly made it to the national team. When he was in top form, Leo Beenhakker was our national team's coach and he had something against Wisła's players. And last season was quite poor for both Brożek and Wisła, so it's natural he didn't make it into the national team.

Colman 03.06.2010 18:32

Thanks for reply Uran235

Our coach ( Şenol Güneş ) watched Glowacki and Piotr then he want them. Our left back is good player ( Hrvoje Cale) he play for Croatia National team but he want to leave from Trabzonspor maybe Piotr Brozek can be our left back next year.

Our full back is Rigobert Song. He is good talent and famous soccer in Europe but Şenol Güneş do not want him next year so he want to Glowackifor full back. We want to leader and hard defender, he sholud be good technique, good heading, fast, good pass...

So, I'm afraid Glowacki won't fit in your team. He is good for Wisla but honestly saying, there are better players than him. I don't watch Turkish league so I'm not familiar with your football level but looking at players who play in Turkey and results of your matches in European Cups, I'm pretty sure we won't handle. Not this type of player. Besides, as Uran said, he is very unlycky. Own goal in first matches and it's over for him.
Piotk Brozek is younger, he still can develop his skills, but there are no informations in Polish media of him moving to Trabzon. We have couple news in the internet about Glowacki's moving but not Brozek's. And neither his brother. I think the twins gonna stay in Krakow. How about Glowacki? We'll see.

murray 03.06.2010 19:36

Plus, he Głowacki likes calm atmosphere. And I sincerely don't think he'll fit in Turkish League. As far as Brożek's transfer is concered, I also don't think he could handle playing without his brother, I think he could have no motivation then.
I have one question for you, any Trabzonspor fan. What's the opinion about Miroslaw Szymkowiak in Turkey? Is he regarded as a good player? And what are the opinions about his leaving the club and ending his football career?

I wouldn't be so hasty in judgement. I'm also not familiar with the level of football in Turkey, of course I've heard the names of the top players that joined some of your league sides, and seen some matches in european cups, but european games and league performances often prove to be completely different. Still I expect the Turkish league to be somewhere near the level of the Jupiler Pro League in Belgium.

In that case I don't think Głowacki can become a star of Trabzonspor team, not to mention the turkish league, but he should prove to be a decent player. He's quite strong and good in the air, has got a lot of experience, but he's not all that fast. Also he doesn't score a lot of goals even for a full back. He's our captain, but I don't think he can become a leader of your team- he got his position in Wisła mainly because he's been here for almost ten years now. Also I don't know whether Głowacki knows any foreign languages.

It's hard for us to judge our players, because last season was simply terrible for our side. We've lost the Champions League preliminaries to a side from Estonia and lost the champions title, so most of us think that we need some serious changes in the match roster. On the other hand our team managed to secure two championships and play some decent games against Beitar, Barcelona and Tottenham having the same players in the squad. Also your interest in Głowacki is somehow surprising for us because of the two fullbacks we were expecting to loose Marcelo, not Głowacki. Of course besides Mariusz Jop, who's also a full back. We're pretty certain we'll loose Jop this transfer window. He's that kind of a player that can singlehandedly ( or should I say singleheadedly) win you the title.

I guess You should buy Lucio.

Colman 03.06.2010 21:53

Szymek was important player for us. I think he is best midfielder in Trabzonspor's history. Trabzonspor fans don't forget him. He had some problems in Turkey. Somebody says His wife had a trouble in Turkey so Szymek was unhappy in Turkey.
Turkish Super League is very hard. We have famous soccers ( Baros, Kewel, Alex, Ferrari, Song, Turan....) So we should buy hard and techniq soccers. Soccers should be fighter, good techniq and hard in Turkish League. I think Polish League hard but you have not creative soccers I know Malecki, Peszko, Brozek, Marcelo, Stilic from your league and I know Wisla is best club in Poland but Lech is best team this year. Finally I think Polish soccers can be succesful our League because you have hard, fighter soccers.

westersyl 04.06.2010 10:36

Szymek was unhappy for many reasons. For example He told that your club forced him to play when he was injured.

Colman 08.06.2010 13:43

Glowacki join to Trabzonspor. Our manager said that.
