i dont know exact numbers but haifa is in 4th place the rest has about the same, myabe beitar is leading for some reasons

if you want known players you can find our foreigners: fabio junior- played in rome and bochum and the brazilian national team. elin topuzakov and dimitar telkiyski from levski sofia. we have also good israeli players, most of the grew up in our club
