There is very little chance (like maybe 0,001%) that the person who took it will read it here, around 20% that he will understand it and another lets say 5% that he didnt throw it away after two years. Also even if he somehow miraculesely read, understood and still had your stuff there is another like maybe 10% chance that he would care enough to sent it. This gives you astronomical chance of 0,000001 %.
Kraków is a big city, the are many hooligans who don't give rats ass about football and take every opportunity they have to steal. Game dates are ideal for this.
