First of all, Be sure I'm more safety and chilling than you, so please don't listen to all the media who is writing bullshit about israel. I have no idea what you are talking about and which mess some Beitar fans did - please explain more about that, Because our fans fly will get to Krakow only one day/few hours before the match. but maybe this is your opponent that try to make "provocation", I seriously hope all this opponents fans of yours won't buy tickets to Beitar seats.

I realize Israel isn't living at state of emergency all the time, don't worry. But still you must admit you have a pretty unstable situation compared to the rest of the world.
Mess- I don't think of provocations by Cracovia, haven't heard of any. But the videoclips of Wisla crest being pissed on and other images, death threats- it doesn't work on Beitar's advantage :) Maybe in Israel cursing rivals all the time is seen as normal, in Poland some people tend to take it seriously.
I see no chance of Cracovia buying tickets to your section. Maybe, but only maybe if your club asked for some tickets for Polish fans (like maybe Jewish minority or something) it could be possible, but still I don't see that happening.

f-c-b-j 03.08.2008 10:08

hello, I'm new user and fan of Beitar such as you see.
I want to ask you a few questions :

1. How many places your stadium is comprise?
2.Who is gonna be the substitute instead of Głowacki that suffered in the first game against Beitar ?
3. What do you think about the fans of Beitar?
4.Is it you think the draw in friday will influence in the next game ?

Mało Słodyczy 03.08.2008 11:16

Tshiki, kalba.

We have some rules here. I know that in your country sth like rules and orderliness don't exist but this is polish site and don't forget that.
It's english forum and we write english here.
If you dont, youre out.

Life here is not like it seems on the news, it is acually great living here, i would never leave israel.
The whole middle east situation is unstable for decades we got used to it.

Media here has been talking about the clips on youtube as well and all those provocations.
To be truthful the first "dirty" clip came from Wisla's fans side.

These bullshit talks about who has bigger balls and who are crazier should calm down. Almost anywhere in the world you shouldn't make to much noise and provocations when you are a guest somewhere because no one from the local side will tolerate that.
Your fans behaved in Jerusalem so everything went smooth and clear. Our secret services did a quiet and great job as well keeping our fans off your fans and players.

We dont need Cracovia's support or anyone, we are Beitar and we walk fearless anywhere in the world to support our team.
Respect brings respect, foolishness brings chaos.

D.

1. 15 393 (loss of some 5 000 compared to last year)
2. I would say probably Junior Diaz
3. On the internet- overexcited kids, inside the stadium- decent, but nothing really impressive.
4. It had a negative influence on me, one team I didn't want to draw looking at the list before was Barcelona. :P Earlier I had the same with Beitar...

What do you want me to show you? the youtube clips or media articles?

And BTW he is right; you saying to him that he speaks "jewish" is like i tell you that you speak "christian" or speak "muslim" or whatever.
In Israel we speak Hebrew just like in Belgium they speak Flamish (vlaams) for example.

And no, Shandorp is not correct, nor are you. Don Providence said, "this is not a Jewish forum", he didn't refer to any kiind of "Jewish language", but to Jews, who speak Hebrew. If he said, "this is not a Belgian forum" it would be obvious, he doesn't approve of people using French or Flamish here, cause we don't understand it.

Well all media articles here are in hebrew besides a few newspapers in English that i myself dont read, and you can search on youtube for the clips (not hard to find), although i think there was an order to take the provocative clips off youtube (yours and ours) but i dont know if they did that yet.

Its so funny that Wisla fans are so sure they are going to win.
When facing a game like that is a good idea to look at betting sites to see the odds.

Beitar VS Wisla
Beitar Win --2.05
Draw --3.20
Wisla Win --3.40

Ok i will be fair (i know Wisla fans will like it) this is the Wisla Beitar game odds:
Wisla Win --1.7
Draw--3.65
Beitar Win--4.8

I HOPE YOY WIN 3:2

It's good that yours players are going to visit Auschwitz. Maybe they (and You too) will finally find out, that Poles also died there and it's really not "polish camp". Quite important knowledge...

Most of the Israelis has been in Auschwitz (as grown up or teens) and we know our history (my grandfather was from Krakow but didnt play for Cracovia:lol: ) in my grandfather case after he was deported from karkow an old polish widow help him to escape the nazis (He didnt manage to help his first wife and son and they was killed by the nazis)
but still and i am not tring to insult you he cursed the polish pepole each they he lived (I truly dosnt want to Insult no one).
I do know that a lot of polish pepole died and a lot of them help Jews in WWII but stil a lot of them help the nazis to carry on the diabolical plan they had.

Shandorp: If you're talking again about the history of our nations during the IInd WW I'm just going to remind you about something called "Chasid Umot ha-Olam". You should know that out of 20 thousand ppl honoured by it, nearly 7 thousand are Poles. You'll always and everywhere find ppl who HATE, who are eagerly looking forward only to make money out of somebody's misery and death (and no hard feelings but your nation should know what I mean very well indeed). But you SHOULD ALL REMEMBER taht every single act of support towards Jews was punished by DEATH and not only to a person who helped but to all his or her family as well. It was annihilation. IN SPITE OF THAT, thousands of ppl risked lives of theirs and their families to help your compatriots. THerefore I get sick when I hear your blabber about 'bad Poles who helped nazis to exterminate Jews to get their money' because as I've already mentioned everything may happen in such times but taking capitalised excerpts into consideration I think that you can only be extremely fuckin grateful and that is all.

Listen man, in every system there is good and bad, honest and curropted, nice and rude, trustworthy and backstabbing, intelligent and ignorrant etc etc etc you know what i mean.

BTW you talking about "Hasid Umot Olam" is very impressive and the facts are correct; in Poland, especially Krakow there is the largest number of people in the world that were helping jews during the holocaust and are defined as "Hasidey Umot Olam".
One of the most famous ones is Schindler (there is a doc film about that called Schindler's list) who was saving jews from being executed during the war.
Many people here should pop their ignorrance bubble and learn some facts.

I hope you are not reffering to the Middle East situation, because if you are you have no clue.
I know that the corrupted news channels around the world make us look so evil and them as such victims but it is not like that at all.
The facts are that our bible says love, and their Koran says that if they kill there will be 70 virgins waiting for them in heaven.
They blow up innocent people, we attack their terrorist who chose to hide between civilians on purpose.
They blow themselfs up - no value for human lifes, our 18 year old kids are automaticcly recruited to the army to defend our country.
They kidnap one Israeli and ask for 1000 of their terrorists to be released by our forces. They hold us through the balls on that one because they know how much we value our brothers.
There is a famous drawing that explains my wordsl:
http://www.geocities.com/lehem_1/hasbara2.jpg

I really did not want to go into politics and all this crap, but i think ALL of the things i posted here are important facts for mankind to know, from WW2 (Hasidei Umot Olam) throughout middle east conflict.

BTW, Teddy stadium is named after Teddy Kolek who was one of Jerusalem's greatest Mayor's.
What is your stadium's name and meaning?

Teddy is called after Teddy Kolak he was the mayor of jerusalem and he built the stadyum.

spoxgreq 04.08.2008 16:43

OK thanks for info about Teddy, I prolly wouldn't be so mixed up if you were writing his name from the capital letter.

DBJM - lions thanks for your post. Clearly I didn't mean your war with Palestine etc., by writing "eagerly looking forward only to make money out of somebody's misery and death (and no hard feelings but your nation should know what I mean very well indeed)" I meant this (in)famous inclination of some of Jewish ppl who are good at making money rarely taking other ppl's good into account. No contemporary politics.

BUT If you started the topic I'd like just to straighten sth up, namely media are not putting you into 'bad light' at least as far as Poland is concerned. To be honest you've got sooo many influence in world's empires such as USA, Poland etc (thanks to diaspora of course and also your high level of education [fondness of learning, here I go] which has been known v. well for ages) that media fear sometimes to put things straight and I'd rather say that you're almost always presented in decent way even if it was not so in reality. So don't fear about your 'picture' ;) We only get sick and tired due to this ceaselessly_coming_back wave of 'anti-semitic' blabla. If a Frenchmen is killed, a headline says 'a man was killed' , If a Jew is killed 'a Jew was killed, abhorrent act of anti-semitism in Poland, burn that filthy nation'. This is so sick. The same goes with inscriptions on the walls concerning football fans (for instance in Cracow or in Łódź) which are often referring to Jews but has nothing to do with the Jewish ppl. But media love to take pictures of it and start the commotion once again. The only anti-semitic ppl I know are old ppl who's got their brains washed all over by communism propaganda (anti-USA=anti-Israel) and 'the old face' of the Church in Poland. That is all.

Aha, I watched Schindler's List. I think it's good but puts Poles in the horrible light, everyone who is Polish hates Jews there [ppl shouting along the road while Jews are deported or Polish voices in Auschwitz which were actually the ONLY Polish voices in the film. Pathetic) I think that much better film is "Pianista" (The Pianist) by Roman Polański, I really recommend it if you haven't seen it yet. It was fairly famous all over the world a few years ago, I think also a candidate for the Oscar.

Thanks for a really absorbing conversation, the more ppl presenting certain decent level the better.

Maybe in your own enviroment we are not presented in a "bad light" as said, but around the world mostly we are.
Anyways this is not the topic of the issue.
I understand what you say about fans that are antisemi only on football fields agains their local opponents and do not actually hate Israelis/Jews but facts are that today the media controls the world and if they post in Israeli paper lets say something like "Wisla fans are known as antisemis" 95% of the people that see that will take these facts in their minds to the worst places.
Same goes for Wisla fans, i am sure that there are amongst you many that have taken that antisemic identity out of proportions and further than only hating Cracovia or Lodz but actually developing a huge anti and hate to anything that represents or has to do with Jews.

BTW, i havent seen "The Pianist" but it is a well known movie here too.
